Sweep Runner is developed by Andrew Hoffart. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.

Information Collection

The app does not collect or require users to provide any personal information such as names, email addresses, or account credentials. The developer does not run any servers for the app, and the app contains no advertising or third-party tracking.

Game Center

Sweep Runner uses Apple Game Center for leaderboards and online play. If you are signed in to Game Center, your scores, Sweep Index and Hide & Sweep rank are posted to Game Center leaderboards, where other players can see them alongside your Game Center nickname.

When you play Hide & Sweep online, Game Center matches you with another player. Your opponent sees your Game Center nickname and your Hide & Sweep rank, and the moves of the game are sent between the two devices through Game Center.

Game Center is optional, and all of this information is managed by Apple and subject to Apple's privacy policies.

Analytics

The app does not include any analytics tools of its own. If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may provide the developer with anonymized usage and crash information through App Store Connect, in accordance with Apple's privacy practices.

In-App Purchases

Sweep Runner offers optional one-time in-app purchases, such as the Full Game and theme packs. All purchases are processed securely through Apple's App Store. The developer does not receive or store payment information.

Children's Privacy

The app is suitable for all ages. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Any data handled by Apple services is managed according to their respective child privacy protections.

Data Storage

The app does not store personal data on external servers. Gameplay data, stats, streaks and settings are stored locally on your device. Leaderboard scores and online matches are managed by Apple through Game Center.
