Common Questions

How do I restore my purchases?

Purchases are tied to your Apple Account and are restored automatically on any device signed in with the same account. If something is missing, open Settings in the game and tap Restore Purchases.

Why can't I see leaderboards or play online?

Leaderboards and online Hide & Sweep use Apple Game Center. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap Game Center, and sign in. You can still play every mode, including Hide & Sweep against the computer or Pass & Play, without signing in.

Nobody turned up for my online game.

If no other player is searching, the game offers a match against the computer instead, which doesn't count toward your rank. To play a friend, both of you can tap Online at the same time.

When does the Daily Sweep reset?

A new Daily Sweep starts every day at the same moment for everyone, so all players get the same board and compete on the same daily leaderboard.

Will I lose my progress if I delete the app?

Your stats, streaks and settings are stored on your device, so deleting the app removes them. Purchases are never lost, and your Game Center leaderboard scores stay with your Game Center account.
